The company has sold its shares in Yamu Property Development Co., Ltd. to Ms. Nawanart Jamornman due to the company's inactivity and excessively high recurring expenses. However, Yamu Property Development Co., Ltd. remains a joint venture, although it does not conduct any business activities. It is a 50:50 investment between a Swedish investor group and a Thai investor group, with four directors: Mr. Wirat Chinprapinporn, Ms. Nawanich Silparat, and two directors from the Swedish investor group. The authorized signatories are Mr. Wirat Chinprapinporn or Ms. Nawanich Silparat, signing jointly with one of the directors from the Swedish investor group. Currently, the company is open to investment from both Thai and foreign investors interested in investing in over 500 rai of land in Thalang District, Phuket.
